The Earth flies through a trail of cometary debris this morning after 2am! Comet 55P/Tempel-Tuttle is the source of the fast-moving Leonids.
To enjoy the show bundle up, bring a friend and find a dark sky and wide open area where you can take in as much as the sky as possible since this shower is known for lots of fireballs.
